The B1 Usability Package – Collection of tools to significantly decrease implementation time and increase customer satisfaction

B1 Usability Package is a certified add-on for SAP Business One aimed at making it a more smooth and easy platform to work with. The package is easy to work with and lets consultants carry out configuration tasks that were previously only possible for developers.


B1 Usability Package consists of a number of various modules with specific functions for different tasks. The modules can be turned on and off manually.

Item Placement Tool

The Item Placement Tool (IPT) gives you the ability to rearrange all data in any SAP Business One window. You will be able to: – Move important fields to more suited places.

• Make fields smaller or larger.
• Move fields between tab-pages.
• Hide fields never used .

Mandatory Fields

Mandatory fields allow you to define items that are mandatory for any window in SAP Business One. This can be done at header and/or column level.

Default Data

Default data enables you to specify what is default when adding a new Business Partner or Item. This greatly speeds up the creation of metadata.
