Function buttons allow you to place up to 10 buttons in any window in SAP Business
One (10 per window). Each button can be configured to your needs by triggering a
formatted search, activating any other window in SAP Business One or use one of
the 20+ special functions available, including the Data launcher sub-module.

The Item Placement Tool (IPT) gives you the ability to rearrange all data in any
SAP Business One window. You will be able to: - Move important fields to more suited
places.
- Make fields smaller or larger.
- Move fields between tab-pages.
- Hide fields never used .
Furthermore, it gives you the ability to work with User-defined fields tied to the
window and place them on the main window! You will be able to:
- Choose the position.
- Choose which tab-page on which it should appear.
- Choose the field type (EditText / TextArea / Combobox / Checkbox).
- Choose the height and width.
- Choose if a label should be shown along with the field.
All this would normally need SDK knowledge and can now be done through the configuration
window.

Mandatory fields allow you to define items that are mandatory for any window in
SAP Business One. This can be done at header and/or column level.

Default data enables you to specify what is default when adding a new Business Partner
or Item. This greatly speeds up the creation of metadata.

The Toolbox is a series of smaller functions, which in themselves are too small

The Template System enables you to create a template for selected data in almost
any window in Business One. The saved template can be loaded at any time you require
it. This can be very helpful in many cases, e.g. if you have a specific kind of
Business Partner that you create regularly, you can load the template and load the
selected data in the window with just two clicks. The Template System will also
come in handy when you want to run a report with the same parameters several times.
The Template System ensures that the selection window is filled the same way every
time, so you will avoid unintended selections.

from XML. The is very useful when transferring documents from one company to another,
or when translating reports into different languages.
